Worst experience their approach was not so good and they delayed my food a lot and I don’t like the way they do their work
Really don't go to this Dunkin even though it's right next to where I live well decided to give this one another chance today well my coffee had no sugar this was not an issue. Issues was when I asked for sugar had my hand out rude lady insisted of placing sugar in my hand threw it on the counter like the nerve of me to ask for sugar Vary Rude and disrespectful
I was at the Dunkin Donuts store located in 2290 Dorchester Ave, Dorchester Center, MA 02124 and I witnessed a crew member call another customer a sexual slur in his native language, Haitian Creole. I know this because I understand that word very clearly. It is used in a lot of sexual harassment trainings. He called the customer a “Masisi” which means “gay” in English.
