Awesome coffee and a lot of options for food
Here at the Dunkin' Donuts in Flagstaff, Arizona, whenever I go to get a pumpkin muffin—whether in the morning or the afternoon—they never have any. 🤷♀️ They really need to bring in new staff because the service is going downhill.
This was honestly one of the best dunkin experiences I have ever had. The staff was super friendly. I didn’t get the names of the two women working but they were so pleasant. The drink they made me tasted fabulous, I had amazing sparkling aura for the rest of the day because of it! And they made my dog a pup cup and were extremely kind about it! They even filled my water bottle for me, which I needed for a long drive home in the heat with my pup! Thank you so much for giving us such a great experience!
Ordered at the counter for some snack wraps and munchkins. Waited over 30 minutes but food still wasn’t ready. I stepped up to the counter to check in and saw my wraps being prepared…directly on the dirty counter. I left…$28 down the drain :( I’m a regular at Dunkin and really hope this doesn’t happen at all locations.
