I am genuinely confused. I was told bread is not baked throughout the day, but prepared only in the morning. I bought food in the evening. Was it my fault? It was so bad it seemed like a mistake. The cashier's explanation made it seem normal. It's very confusing. Did they knowingly sell me that? Shouldn't it either be given away for free or thrown away? So weird. Really poor customer service. The girl behind the counter passed by me three times without acknowledging me, when she clearly knew I was standing there. When she finally took my order she didn’t even make eye contact with me and acted like she couldn’t be bothered. It was less than the bare minimum.
Don’t know who the sweet person with the glasses name is who just helped me but what a kind individual and great service!
