Just moved to town. I think the workers could tell we were new. We had the worst customer service given to us by a heavyset woman with a messy patchy blonde bob. Got screamed at when we were simply waiting for our food. Left the place feeling like I had done something wrong because I was screamed at by this unprofesssonal employee. The staff needs a reality check and a lesson in customer service
Just stopped in for 2 coffees today, and experienced the WORST customer service I have ever had at a restaurant. The short haired blonde girl literally SCREAMED at us when I was waiting for my food. When my wife asked for no ice in her drink, they were extremely rude and kept saying “no ice?” in the most disgusting tone ever.
