Awful public relations crappy attitude hardly participate in specials /sales /discounts that are advertised. They lie about lobby times on the doors !!!!!!
I came in today and i ordered a large matcha latte with vanilla and light ice, they first charged me for the less ice and i didn’t mind at all because they always do.
