4 people working in the back and I been waiting for the food for over 20 mins. They ignore me when I stand there waiting for orders. After 10 mins was just waiting they told me I can go sit down. Don’t ask for the name of my order or anything. They talk very rude like they are demanding you. Worst Dunking donut place ever
I’ve been to this Dunkin for the last 4 years and they rejected my refund even when they double charged me and I showed them every proof that I paid for it but since they didn’t have the order they said no refund or my coffee. The employee is disrespectful and will literally ignore you. I showed them proof and the lady walks away to go take other orders and left me standing there.
