Mid afternoon and they had crème filled powdered donuts! It was clean and the staff was helpful. It’s a bit of drive from my house but I’ll go again. When we got home, my service dog, Tattle, was drooling for a taste.
This Dunkin' Donuts has a great morning team. The individuals that do the morning shift absolutely on point know exactly how to handle a huge rush, with extremely good customer service. Example it was my fault because I forgot to tell them to put cream cheese on something and it went inside and just said can I get the sandwich remained with cream cheese and I'll pay for it said no problem and when I was ready to be rung up she simply said , with a smile . Please throw away your bags and get new ones they smell like mildew from being wet and we’re not thrown away and ordered new. Ate 2 donut holes and can’t stomach the rest
The people were nice enough, but I ordered on the app and they didn't have what was ordered and don't have a process to refund what I paid for. They ask me to come in and then walk past like I'm not there. When I ask about it they complain and catlnt resolve the issue, let's be clear this is not a me problem it's a Dunkin problem and they need to enable their staff to fix the issue.
