This Dunkin location really needs better organization and managment. The store often has an unpleasant smell, which raises concerns about cleanliness. Even when you place a mobile order, it’s a hassle! They don’t put your order on the pickup shelf, and you can stand there for several minutes with no acknowledgment. Puhleeeeeeeease, quit putting cream cheese on the bagels. Almost every time I get cream cheese on the bagel. I always ask for it on the side. You always put too much on and it sogs the bagel by the time I get to work. I don't have time to check every morning to see if you put it on the side. Its really not that hard. EDIT: There is a newer girl working here. She is short and heavier set with a raspy voice. She is the worst at taking orders. My orders are always wrong or she forgets to give me some of my items.
