I had a mixed but overall solid experience at Dunkin. I ordered a small brown sugar shaken espresso with my father, and unfortunately it took about 15 minutes to come out, even though it was not busy inside and there was no line in the drive-thru. It was a little confusing since other orders placed after mine were ready first. That being said, the staff were friendly and polite the entire time, which helped balance out the wait. Donuts were horribly stale. There was only a few donuts varieties. Employee was rude and sighed several times. Felt like I was bothering him. Won't be going back again. Donuts at Publix and Walmart are always fresh and half the price.
How can a croissant not be flaky and hash browns should be crispy. Everything felt soagy
