Great staff. Always helpful and friendly
Met Lucas at Dunkin’ one time and honestly… I almost forgot why I was there He’s got that effortless charm super friendly, quick with it, and just knows how to make people feel good. Didn’t expect to get a coffee and leave a little impressed like that. Dunkin’, whatever you’re paying him… might not be enough give that man a raise!
I had a mixed but overall solid experience at Dunkin. I ordered a small brown sugar shaken espresso with my father, and unfortunately it took about 15 minutes to come out, even though it was not busy inside and there was no line in the drive-thru. It was a little confusing since other orders placed after mine were ready first. That being said, the staff were friendly and polite the entire time, which helped balance out the wait.
