Went here to grab an espresso shot. I go through the drive thru and give the lady cash for a tip and paid with my card. Then she asks if I want to also leave a tip on the card. Of course I said no, that's what the cash was for. Then she started to berate me. I left a tip for a 30 second espresso and get berated for not leaving two tips? I generally don't tip for coffee because it's not really necessary. Now I guess I never will at this establishment.
They never have Vanilla Cream powdered doughnuts available during morning hours.
Order hot coffee, coffee was cold taste so Bad had to throw it away.
This Dunkin location really needs better organization and managment. The store often has an unpleasant smell, which raises concerns about cleanliness. Even when you place a mobile order, it’s a hassle! They don’t put your order on the pickup shelf, and you can stand there for several minutes with no acknowledgment. After finally getting someone’s attention, they’ll often tell you they don’t have one of the items you already ordered and paid for.
