I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin location. They were closed due to a boiling‑water advisory, yet they were still accepting online orders and charging customers without making anything. When I arrived to pick up my order, the representative was extremely rude, dismissive, and offered no explanation or apology for the inconvenience.If the store can’t fulfill orders, the least they can do is turn off mobile ordering and treat customers with basic respect.
