I pre ordered my food, they forgot to give me half my order and then gave me the wrong donuts on top of that!! They don’t answer the phone to try and fix the problem, can’t fix the problem on the app! Do not recommend pre ordering food!

Sooo everything was good but.... My daughter had hair in her Icecream of all the things it was literally in the middle of her iceream. Store was clean friendly people but yuck..
I didn’t go inside, I went through the drive thru. But when I pulled up to the window, Izzy was there and she was so kind to me. Asking if I needed anything, and was asking about how I was. She was great and I hope she sees this! I don’t need the donut but she genuinely made my day
