The food at this Dunkin’ is good, but the service definitely needs improvement. My order was simple, yet the process was confusing and frustrating. I received my sandwich first, and then had to wait separately at a different counter just to get a single glazed donut. No explanation, no updates—just an awkward wait for one item that should’ve been handed to me with the rest of my order.
