Well folks I'm afraid I need to slightly break character here and tell you to steer clear of this donut making joint. I ordered a sandwich and it came out looking like it had just witnessed the opening of the ark of the covenant. Burnt to a crisp. I was not received well when returning it and asking for a new one. In fact, one worker seemed to sneakily flip me the bird. Yikes. Yeah I'm going to advice you fine folks that follow me to spare your coin, and take it to another donut shop. Very friendly staff
I go to this dunkin every morning even with it being out of my way to work because the service and atmosphere used to be amazing, if something wasn’t right they would fix it but lately it’s gone downhill. I go so often the one lady knows my order pretty much to a T. I let assuming a new girl know she made the coffee wrong & she gave me a dirty look rolled her eyes and took the coffee back and just added the correct flavor to it making it taste HORRIBLE. I tried to order 2 dozen donuts at the drive through. I was told you have to pre order anything more than a dozen (how can you tell me that I can't buy something)...when I got to the window, I saw a sign that said anything OVER 2 dozen had to be pre ordered. When I pointed it out the rude employee said, "we can't let you buy that many donuts because we have to sell some to other people.. but I didn't charge you for 2 dozen..."
