I have given this location 3 chances since moving to the area; each time they have gotten my order wrong. I am done coming to this location since the staff do not care if they give out the proper orders. Do better.
5 PM on a Saturday and you guys aren't doing food, you're open for 3 more hours, what's going on at this store smh, this has been happening every single weekend, i'm just gonna stop coming to your establishment.At this point, it's not worth it
Went here about 4 times after 6:30 pm. A mission to get hot coffee. First thing they say is do you want cold coffee, I say no I want hot coffee. They literally tell you like 3 times that they don't have no hot coffee and that it takes a few minutes to brew. I keep on saying okay to the same remark. I drove off twice, super upset and the other 2 times I finally have to say, THEN BREW IT! Hot coffee is on the menu and you don't close till 8 pm. 0stars. Went to drive through speaker sat there for 10 min no one greeted me over speaker so I finally said are you open and they responded wait a minute. I left. When I pulled up I should have been greeted and told that they would be right with me. Do better with customer service.
