I frequently stop by this Dunkin in the mornings after dropping my son off to school, typically just to grab a quick coffee and maybe something small to eat. About 90% of the time, a lovely woman named Ashley is working at the drive-thru window. She is always so sweet and bubbly and it helps brighten up my day!
I work at Dunkin Donuts in willowick, all together I've worked for the same owner for about 9 years. He doesn't even know my name and he won't give me a raise. I love my job but I deserve more than $13/hr as a shift leader who takes pride in her work smh.

I faithfully get my morning & afternoon coffee from this specific dunkin, a month ago I would give a 5 star across the board.. Now, not so much. Mine & my husbands coffees are iced, we’ve been get granulated sugar, which okay easy fix BUT my husband came through the drive thru the other day & couldn’t order because the employees on shift were blasting music through the drive thru speaker.
