Whoever is there on Wednesdays at 5 pm working the drive through specifically on August 27, 2025 doesn't read the ticket before preparing the order & definitely doesn’t follow instructions on how to make iced lattes because they taste terrible every single time. Every time I go and she's there she makes my iced latte incorrectly & when asked to correct it she says she "has to check the ticket to make sure" which is terrible customer service. You would think she'd read the ticket before making the product & then doubling down... read more
Very friendly service.
They always mess up my drink here whenever I’m in the area and in the mood for a drink . I ordered an iced shaken espresso with one pump of cookie dough and two shots of vanilla almond milk and THATS IT. Yet they handed me a cookie dough latte with cold foam, whole milk, chocolate swirl, and waffle cone bits. It had my name on the cup as well. I told them this was not my drink and they didn’t want to remake it. I had to dispute with my card and purchase another drink at some other nearby location.
