Service is terrible ( long wait times ~ IF you even get helped ) just like most of the employees that are rude as well.
Service staff was excellent. I had a reward coupon for munchkins. They were out of munchins so they gave me donuts instead. Food and drinks tasted great. This location was designed for quick in and out coffee pickups so I probably won't come back. Still very happy with the food and service at this location. I highly recommend it for people that don't need to sit down and relax.
Not sure if the workers aren’t paid enough to care, or just hate their jobs. But literally every time I come here my order is wrong. I ordered a BEC on a croissant, and I got it on a bagel. I order the same thing every time, I’ve gotten it on a bagel, I’ve gotten sausage k stead of bacon, I’ve tried getting white cheddar instead of American, they give me American. I’ve ordered a specialty donut, and gotten a regular donut. Not sure if they were out of the specialty donut or they just swapped them cus they don’t care. Really ... read more
my favorite dunkin ever . always the best service and always makes my drink and food PERFECT! shout out to marcus the younger guy, he’s always super sweet to me and my fiancé and never fails to put a smile on our face !
