Shawn and staff are amazing! Always polite, professional and timely! I place a large order for my office on Wed mornings and they are always so friendly, helpful and efficient.

So the store has renovated. Means absolutely nothing. The staff sucks, the staff let's others steal, etc. Get this, this store doesn't even have the top selling products. For example, refreshers are one of Dunkin donuts prime products. They had no refreshers. After I paid, they waited for my order to say ready and then told me. How much sense does that make? The owner operator tried to refuse my money back. Lol nope. East orange is already a pit of dispair. This place makes it that much worse.
