I come here often through drive through on my way to work and the Customer service is so rude ! I don’t even leave reviews , kinda going out of my way to do this one cause I am so offended and disgusted . An OLDER woman who works there often is also rude , nasty and very dismissive to customers . Going through the reviews and seeing others experience this and nothing being done is disheartening. Unfriendly staff. Cameron was very rut with us.
I went in today to order coffee I normally don't drink dunkin doughnuts coffee very often. I saw they had new flavors. I went in to order frozen mint chip chocolate frozen coffee and I got the cookie dough one and it's really good. Not complaining for the wrong coffee but Definitely going to get it again.
I go every morning, the employees aren’t particularly nice. Understaffed. Usually a long wait for a simple cup of coffee. It is faster to drive down the street to the Dunkin at Waukegan and rockland then it is to get a cup of coffee here if there’s one person in front of you.
Terrible service, nasty attitude, and clearly nothing is being done about it. Don't waste your time, drive thru takes forever.
