If I could give 0 stars I would. The employees are rude and didn’t listen to the order so it was wrong. The manager hopped in on my order and cut me off while speaking to someone and assumed I was finished ordering. All the way around a bad experience. There were two girls in there that were nice but the girl with a giant bullring in her nose and the manager with the long curly hair? Rude as all hell.
30min wait. Employees didnt show up for work allegedly. I think the manager was just late. Im standing outside the locked door as the managers pulls up and refuses to acknowledge me. Where's my mobile ORDER!!!! They explain i said FIRE THEM!! Employees that cant show up dont deserve a JOB!! Horrible dunkin. Just HORRIBLE!!! 06/19/26
At 10 am the place was filthy which seems to be common at DD.
It was good but I ordered an apple fritter and it was raw in the center
I just left location on lunch break. I asked for no cheese. Np customers in lobby and I'm the only one in drive through. I have chees on my crossiant I informed them yesterday when they made it not to pull the cheese off and give to me. Like they did on my last visit. I call them twice no one wants to pick up the phone.
