Great donuts and service the first time I went in. Was bringing treats for the ladies that teach at Guardian Montessori. Gentleman at the counter because I’m assistant Director offered me a discount. That was very nice of him and good business went this morning September 10, 2026 was told Dunkin’ Donuts does not give teacher discounts. Probably best to let all employees know that so that customers aren’t getting mixed signals in their service.
Never had a terrible experience at this location- usually always order in the drive-through and employees are friendly and attentive. Maybe about 5% of the time one thing will be missing or wrong but if you bring it up, they will always correct it.

Clean and lively atmosphere. The crew is so nice, and I love their energy. The order was correct and ready fast!
If I could give 0 stars I would. The employees are rude and didn’t listen to the order so it was wrong. The manager hopped in on my order and cut me off while speaking to someone and assumed I was finished ordering. All the way around a bad experience. There were two girls in there that were nice but the girl with a giant bullring in her nose and the manager with the long curly hair? Rude as all hell.
