It is very cold today 1/20/26 and the girl at the drive thru has a short sleeve on. I asked her how come DD doesn't give you a sweatshirt and she told me that you charge your employees $30 for this. I think you should give them one for free or at least 1/2 off. You can't tell me that your company doesn't make enough $$$ to provide this.
Second time in a row take my money off the mobile app ..all the lights are on and everything go to the drive thru window and they say we are closed… I used to be a regular customer don’t think I will be doing it anymore
Having a literal sign taped on the physical window that you’re gonna be open on Christmas and then not being open is so stupid
