Just told the guy in drive threw make sure u don’t put a whole lot of cream,,, the thing is loaded with cream, he didn’t pay attention or cared for my request,, waste my money,,, pay attention guys
I came here ordered a brown sugar shaking expresso and what I received was not even close to what I asked for, I'm familiar with this drink since this is what I normally get every day at other locations, I cane un to ask them nicely to fix it for me and the lady that approached me was very unprofessional/rude. Please check your orders before leaving this place. Also I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant and its nasty it tastes like perfume. Worst dunking I've been to so far.
Most disorganized Dunkin I’ve ever been to & that’s a low bar. Spent $10 on a drink they gave to the wrong person & then got snappy at me for it. And then gave me the wrong drink again. Loving the taste of chunks of unmixed matcha & NOT the double shot of espresso I paid for.
Terrible customer service. I ordered a coffee through the drive-thru, and the cup I was handed had liquid all over the lid. They did give me some napkins without me asking, but while I was standing there wiping off the dirty, wet cup in front of them, they simply closed the drive-thru window. I left feeling uncomfortable drinking the coffee because I wasn't sure if the liquid was coffee or something else. Kind of disappointed that they didn’t have any mint or peppermint tea. They only have black to your green tea, which is weird because every other Dunkin’ Donuts has the mint tea, and they even sell the tea. Also, the cups that are for sale look like they been used, which was weird. I don’t think that this location is with the other locations can’t be.
