Rushed all the way across town and got here 15 minutes before they closed. I waited at the box for 5 minutes and drove to the window and the guy closed the store early and was ignoring me at the window. I’ll never come here again. The whole building looks like trash. Go somewhere else before you get sick.
I ordered a drink at the drive-thru, but it had way too much milk. As a result, I was not satisfied with the taste. I politely asked if I could get another one, but they refused to remake it since I had already tasted it. I was puzzled as to why it was so difficult to remake the drink or find a solution, especially since I had already paid for it. Thank you so much Jose, I really appreciate your service. Very few Dunkin Donuts place have a nice people like you. I hate to say that there is an Indian old man his name is Sam from Mumbai, Indian. He was very inpatient, angry and he was very rude, because of like this people no one wants to visit such place again.. Manager should take care of this..
Worse dunkin! My daughter got a drink which they made wrong and they started blaming us for the wrong order. A guy there name Sam (old indian guy) is very very rude. He didn't even make the drink right and told us he isn't going to fix it. Other co worker name Jose which was nice enough to make another one for her. He was trying to stop Jose on making another drink and started yelling at him in front of everyone. Wouldn't recommend this place. Made an complain with corporate office.
