Only ordered a decaf.& plain donut,took 20 minutes, nothing but unorganized confusion, imagine if they were busy
I go to this Dunkin frequently for breakfast. I recently decided to try Decaf as I cannot have coffee at all. Ordered a Caramel Craze Signature Latte with Decaf and Almondmilk as I am also lactose intolerant. It made me sick within the hour of drinking it. I stress that the staff genuinely take better preparation when it comes to DECAF orders as when people order DECAF it is because they CANT HAVE COFFEE. I recommend anyone who drinks decaf to not order from here as you are playing with fire.
I just have to tell you - the staff at this particular location is really 10/10. They are all always so kind. Thank you for being awesome!
