Morning opener was mad because i came exactly when they opened up. When i asked was there a problem she said “we dont open until 6” it was 6am . Then she goes on to say she got called in on her day off. Thats a personal problem and does not give the right to be rude to a customer trying to get some coffee on her lunch break. If you didnt want to work on your day off you shouldnt have answered the phone ! Terrible service. Take pointers from 7brew!!!
This place is awful! They never have all the product they need. Literally once a week it seems like they’re out of something common like CREAMER at a coffee shop! This is a common occurrence. OUT OF LARGE CUPS constantly. Management and I mean upper management like owners here don’t know how to order product.
Horrible customer service. I went there today on 6.29 around 10:50. I was just standing there waiting for my pick up order I place online and the workers would NOT acknowledge the inside. Instead they just complained about how much they LOVE working at dunkin (cue the sarcasm) and complain. I was waiting for over 20 min with my drinks still not made while they were just doing drive thru while there’s a line on the inside. Instead of asking us anything they did not speak one work to us.
