We go into this dunkin a few times a week in the morning and it has gone down hill. The new people they have in the morning are very rude and service is slow, they mess up orders.
Not as good as the ones I'm used to. Mobile orders don't work for this location and it is understaffed. It's a Baskin Robbins merged location too so there's plenty of nostalgia to reminisce on.
change the staff or else loose your business
This location was extremely rude. I came in and told them my drink was made wrong and tasted weird. I ordered it through DoorDash, but Dunkin was the one who made it. When I went to them, the lady working there was rude and hostile from the start. After I explained my situation, she said, "I can’t do nothing for you.
