This is the second time I’ve visited this location, and once again, the espresso machine is broken. How does a coffee shop consistently have issues with its main piece of equipment? It’s frustrating to walk in expecting a proper espresso drink and leave disappointed. A coffee place should have reliable equipment—it’s kind of the whole point. Definitely rethinking coming back.
I stopped by today hoping to grab an espresso, only to find out (again) that the machine is broken. When I asked how long it’s been down, the staff said since yesterday so two full days without a working espresso machine at a coffee shop? That’s unacceptable. Espresso is a basic item, not a specialty request. If this is how they handle essential equipment, it really makes me question their priorities. Very disappointed.
every time I come to this Dunkin, my food and drink taste burnt or not fresh. I will go to any other Dunkin besides this one. Not to mention, I live right around the corner and I walked in the store one day and there’s a film of dust on the espresso machine. If the staff is not cleaning things customers can see imagine what we can’t see
