Didn't feel welcomed and Dunkin was my favorite coffee until I notice the coffee is watered down. If you want a good cup of coffee, make it at home.
Hot chocolate is watered, this is ridiculous! I should had order a bottle of water instead, and the donut tastes like it has been in the shelf longer than it should have been.
Yesterday I went through the drive-through to get a iced coffee with cream only so what I ended up getting was was a cold brew with very little cream and that wasn’t what I asked for so I called them back and told them yeah no problem you can come in and you know we’ll get you taken care of so I went in today and I met with a manager which I wasn’t fond of his demeanor.
