First and last time at this location. Some supervisor or manager was berating the staff loudly enough the whole place could hear him and when an older man had some sort of question or problem with his order the same manager started speaking to him very rudely and again the whole store heard. I felt terrible the whole time I was there because this one higher up is clearly taking years off of those employees lives.
I don't know why customers get this kind of treatment. But here's how much nitro cold brew I got in small size. I feel cheated, that's the whole experience from this location
