Tonight I went to this dunking for ice cream and got an attitude and eye rolling from two employees. I couldn’t help but notice cultural differences being expressed by staff in a negative manner towards me and my elderly disabled mother. I just wanted ice cream! Unprofessional and possibly racists. Ashamed that this happened on the day before Juneteenth, the day the OPC opened. Sensitive retraining recommended before customer contact!! 6/18/26 between 9-9:30pm.
The barista Pilsen (I think it’s spelled) , she’s the friendliest and makes the best coffee. I always ask for her to make my coffee otherwise it’s just not right. She deserves to be acknowledged, she also doesn’t forget napkins in the bag when you order food!
They are so sweet at the drive through!
Bad drive through every time they change it get worse calm down people were paying for this coffe and donuts everytime i buy my ice coffee there its like hot like the color its bot the way it suppose to be like they just brew it right away its never right i swear even when they take the order bad dunking store
