This has happened multiple times but this has to have been the worse bagel yet. I go often before work at 5am so its not even busy with customers and when I get to work and look at the bagel maybe 1 out of 10 times is good. Either its not toasted at all, no cream cheese, or I ask for it on the side and they still put it on the bagel instead. I go through the drive thru so I usually dont have time to sit and check to make sure they give me more than 1/2 a teaspoon of cream cheese
