I order the same thing at Dunkin every day. I have it saved in the app. It's not hard a large iced caramel latte with liquid sugar. I don't know where they are finding their new employees. But, if you have ever worked at a Dunkin before it's not hard to make. This dunkin has the worst customer service. I come in most of the time daily to get coffee and a friend and client breakfast each morning. I never complain even when the food that was ordered was wrong. Today I came in and asked nicely for the food to be made correctly because my client complains when it's not made correctly especially when he pays for it. This place has the worst customer service. Last week I went and waited 15 minutes behind a car at the drive-thru window that never got their food. I had to leave. Today I tried to place an order but the woman wouldn't refuse to help me figure out the name of the drink. She just kept telling me to go around and around when there were already 10 cars behind me.
