I love this place
My family and I came to this location at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday September 16th. When I approached the counter and asked about adding a flavor to a frozen latte. The girls response... "Our frozen machine down, our espresso machine down and we close at 8".... She was INCREDIBLY RUDE When we asked what WAS available.... More attitude with an "iced coffee or coffee" response along with the reminder that they close at 8 Ok I'll go across town thanks but no thanks Shame on you, your business was still open for 45 minutes!
