They always give you a smear of cream cheese and when you ask for extra they charge you? They forgot the donut in my order. They also make you pull to the front of the store and you block incoming/gas station traffic and it’s unsafe. I would not recommend this location.
I went in with the kids to get a donut and the employee behind the counter addressed us and then gave me a blank stare and refused to serve us. Then my kids got frustrated and started screaming and fighting. The guy that was there needs to be fired.
I ordered two bags of the bagel bites and only got one. I live too far away to come back.
My coffee was just past luke warm. This is totally unacceptable for what was supposed to be hot coffee. Never had this issue at this particular location before. That's laziness and poor customer service. Update: Went by Dunkin's again today, 7/16/25 and the service was atrocious. Sat in line for over 10 mins with only 2 cars in front of me. Really Dunkin'?
