Terrible customer service. Refused to issue a refund on an accidental duplicate mobile order. Got the nitro coffee and I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. Basically a 1/4 cup of coffee. Will never go back to this location.
Coffee is watered down. It is barely even bitter. Taste like water and sugar. I went to change my drink and the lady put so much ice in the drink I could barely put the straw in the drink. Just go to another Dunkin.
Every time I order a sandwich from this location, they mess it up. I asked for one of their popular sandwiches with American cheese. I ordered through the app to make sure that it was listed. I get to the drive-through I tell them I placed a mobile order and to make sure that both sandwiches have American cheese. Oh yes, American cheese yes yes she says.. something told me to check my sandwiches before I left the drive-through window one of them didn’t have American cheese.
