Been going to the Dunkin' donuts for 20 years the did Greg that works in the Drive-Thru is extremely rude always making rude comments am I order something he's like is that it makes me not want to order any more
Been going to the Dunkin' donuts for 20 years the girl Jen that works in the Drive-Thru is amazing at her job it's always a positive experience unlike going into the lobby at the front counter that's not such a good experience can you say smile once in awhile
Not all of the employees are bad some don’t have any personality or customer service skills and it seems those same ones. Don’t know how to make a coffee properly and then they don’t even act nice about it. They also don’t know how to stir peoples coffees. they just leave all the crap on the bottom with no care at all, don’t waste your time or money coming here
