Great coffee and donuts
Horrible customer service.
My customer service experience here was abysmal. My wife placed an online order. When I went to pick it up, an item was missing, which they failed to tell my wife after placing the order. Instead of doing the right thing and giving me a refund for an item they didn't give me, they insisted they couldn't provide a refund because it was an online order and "not their fault".
