Wait 5 minutes in line by myself, no one took my order, acted like I was invisible, the cashier was hiding in the back on her phone, after I timed 4 minutes to m my phone I just walked out. Fire the whole staff

Every single time i come to this dunkin its the same dreadful experience. All the girls who work here are rude & incompetent.They do not greet you, always talking on their phones, rush you & never get an order correct. The lack of management at this location is evident. I ordered a donut & dunkalatte on uber eats from this location, the dunkalatte was watered down & the donut had a hair in it. So disgusting! This place definitely needs better employees & management.

I waited 45 minutes for a single coffee. Forty five minutes. By the time I got it, I could have driven to another coffee shop, ordered, drank it, and come back. There was no communication about the delay, no apology, and no sense of urgency. If you’re looking for a quick coffee before work, avoid this location. Completely unacceptable service for such a simple order.

The staff is well-trained at ignoring customers who come to the counter. It appears common courtesy and service is for drive-through customers only and no one else really matters. I will never return to this place again. Why is it that Starbucks seems to have their staff prepared for every customer when they have a more complex menu?
