Had a not so good experience but the owner reached out and made it right that is more then 5 stars for me
Being a Dunkin Donuts in a small city has a high demand for consistency. This location has slow service, poor customer service standards, and even struggles to make Dunkin’s signature drinks consistently. Personally, I’ve had to request a remake 3 different times in the last 7 days. I likely won’t be back. The area could use a quality coffee shop!
Very bad actitud and customer service. I requested my money back! Young people w/out none customer service experience
