I get it it’s fast food but my sandwich was literally ice cold. If I didn’t pull out of the drive thru I would have thrown the sandwich out in the parking lot for the birds, which I doubt they would eat the thing. They would probably break there beaks trying to peck it. Disgusted and won’t be back

I am so turned off from this dunkin! First of all, I went in there with my client. And the lady behind the counter was not very friendly and was borderline rude to me for asking questions about what ingredients were in one of their new featured drinks. And then I asked her, if I got a free donut for my birthday and she proceeded to tell me that no I did not due to the new management changes.And the new management was making a lot of changes that she wasn't very fond of.
