Not going to lie but I always dreaded coming to this Dunkin Donuts, however the past month they have came up with a new system and it is a team effort to get the line down it works and the morning crew is awesome. Have to reinervat and say that this time the service was horrible. I'm waiting for 35 mins. Let me say that again 35 minutes. I have never in my life waited so long for coffee. This is now my 3rd time being disappointed with the service at this Dunkin’ location. The customer service has really gone downhill. The only person who seemed to take their job seriously was Marcus, who kindly took my order, this review is not a reflection on him. Unfortunately, the drive-thru staff showed a complete lack of urgency. Asking me to pull into a parking spot for just one cup of coffee is ridiculous, and to make matters worse, the coffee was made wrong, seemingly on purpose.
