I visit this location every Saturday night while working and the service is always great! My online order is always right and ready to go when I get there! Noel and the Saturday night drive thru staff is always so nice and friendly! You all are awesome! Thank you!
Worst Dunkin Ever gave me the coffees I ordered cold, forgot to put the cold foam on my drink and they tried to get away with it. People at this Dunkin are rude and don’t have manners. They get mad because you’re telling them the truth about their mistakes. Manager needs to hire better people.
This location is Gurnee and this place sucks!!!! The coffee was burnt and the service workers refused to make a fresh pot and the doughnuts were stale and dry
Drive thru girl is rude. Missing stuff in our order
I ordered a “frozen” signature latte at the drive thru and when I got to the window, come to find out he handed me a regular drink latte (not frozen). I told the server that I requested a frozen, he said that I ordered a latte. I told him next time it would be nice if you can correct the customer on his/her order. He proceeded to shut the drive thru window in my face and walk out. Very nice how well trained the staff is. 1 star!
