It's getting worse, Usually stop here on my way to work for a coffee, today I waited 20minutes in drive thru with 2 cars in front of me. Prices also went up. I'll go out of my way to go somewhere else even tho this is down the street from my house. Sorry, whoever runs it needs to figure this out, I'm done comming here.
Recently we went for coffee and used drive thru service. Emily was by herself but handled our order and got our food and coffee it in a timely manner. The coffee was great, the experience was great!
Food is good and staff is friendly, but wait times are almost always terrible unless you're the first person in line. Store keeps their lobby closed so you are forced to go through the drive through, and it's common to have 10-15 minutes wait times, even if there are only 3 or 4 cars ahead of you. I'm not sure how this place plans to be at all competitive with all of the new coffee and breakfast places in town while running the restaurant the way that they do.
It truly is unfortunate. The new owners are failing this store and its workers by not actually hiring enough people to handle rushes. I don’t blame the employees. They’re doing the best they can and it’s clear they’re stretched terribly thin. Shame on the owners for allowing this to happen. Try actually hiring enough people and keeping them instead of swapping out workers constantly because they’re failing due to YOUR shortcomings. If I could give a double 00 for the food I would. Are they buying plastic into this stuff? Staff is fine but this establishment should just close down.
