Stick to the donuts and black coffee and you won't be disappointed. If you deviate from these tried and true favorites that made Dunkin great, even the slightest, you may have just ruined your entire day...
Staff were friendly but were so blitzed they were 0 for 5 with our order. Will not be back until they get some training.
Coffee and actual donut was good, donut holes did not seem fresh and had a bare drizzle of icing. Napkin holders empty, and no TP in the restrooms. Gail who waited on me was nice.
Stopped in yesterday, just to get some coffee to wake up for the day and was greeted with such nice service. The two girls working the counter made the day more enjoyable and one sold me on getting a meal, the bacon jam sandwich. Didn't think of grabbing a bite to eat, but glad I did. Was very tasty.
The morning crew (5:45 am on Dec 28) at this location is amazing. Especially the woman running the drive thru. I'm not a regular at Dunkin so I wasn't sure what to get, she asked me what I normally drink and what I like and recommended a drink for me! Then walked me through customizing it. Super patient, not annoyed or impatient AT ALL. Then when the hashbrowns came out, the cook made sure to warn me that they were super hot. I wish I lived here so I could visit this crew on the regular! They need raises and promotions!
