I am disappointed that I have to write this review because this use to be my favorite Dunkin to attend. I experienced horrible customer service the other day. I had a pickup order in drive thru, upon checking my order I noticed I was missing my snackin bacon so I drove back to window and explained I was missing my bacon. The lady in the window said she didn't know what snackin bacon was so I gave her my bag with the receipt on it . She kept trying to give me a bacon wrap. Slow dunkin
I feel like I just lived through a SNL skin. They have lost my service forever. Too many times have they messed up my order. This time they told me I had to pay at least $3 for my iced coffee even though I had a physical coupon for 99¢ (can’t stack coupons and drinks were $3 after 1pm). Actually ridiculous so I walked out.
When you think of Dunkin’ Donuts you normally think fresh . Not here , I’m here at 730 am and the donuts are from the day before. Already dried out. The girl was new and couldn’t figure out the cash register. I understand why no one is here. Also struggled to which donuts were which.
