I usually am not the kind of person who writes reviews or tells people to make an order again but this time I had to. I ordered a Dunkalatte through drive thru and it tasted worst. The same drink I ordered the previous day, again through drive thru it tasted perfect. On top of that the lady who gave me the drink she was like “ Even if I make it it’ll taste the same again”. Good luck getting your morning started here at this location. Customer service is non existent. If you risk to go to this location you re better off going through the drive thru versus going inside.
UPDATED 6-29-2025 The coconut and chocolate covered donuts tasted just okay. Same for the coffee. With so much dessert competition opening shops -- both franchise and unique -- Dunkin' fails to stand out. When we arrived mid morning on Sunday, we found a wide selection of donuts going many deep, as we caught on camera. Parking is shared with other businesses, and you can count on the drive-through being busy.
