I have been here twice and both times have been excellent. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Mel helped me both times at the register and she had the best customer service. They had a steady flow but their customer service did not change and were speedy and friendly. Good job team !!! Loved the pumpkin donut and hazelnut caramel coffee too. 9/5/25.
Consistently the worst service of any Dunkin in the area. On several occasions, I’ve placed a mobile order, and they’ve forgotten to make/hand me half the order, and then I have to stand around and beg anyone who makes eye contact to find the rest of my items, usually having to ask 3+ different employees before someone bothers to actually look.
