I came here while i was shopping, tried to order a bagel with cream cheese and bacon. The older lady who took my order gave me an attitude and told me she couldnt do that because the bacon is already in a bag. Any other dunkin donuts would make fresh bacon to put in the bagel, this lady gave me and a group old bacon, it wasnt even warm.
Before the manager gets an attitude with customers and delivery drivers, she should know what her staff is doing. I understand I'm supposed to come in to pick up delivery orders, but it would be nice if you UNLOCK THE DOORS. Doubling down on your arrogance isn't professional.
Absolutely awful. Do not get food here. Waited over 30 minutes, the lady cooking the food threw it out 3 times, dropped utensils on the floor to cook food and reused it, gave us a bag with food all over it and now waiting for a refund.
