The manager at this location needs to lose the attitude and figure out what her staff is doing before she jumps down people's throats. I came here to pick up a delivery orde. The doors to the lobby were locked so I went to the drive-thru. The manager tells me that I need to come in next time to pick it up. I told her that the lobby doors were locked.
