Everyone posts negative reviews, but honestly my husband and I go every morning to get our coffee and see Sam. She's always making our orders correctly, she's super kind and friendly and is the reason we go to jaffrey dunks.
I go here every morning and get my coffee. Sam is the best!!! She always remembers my order and always makes it right. She is super friendly and I probably go somewhere else if she wasn't there
Jaffrey Dunkin is T.H.E slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. Don’t expect to get through the drive thru in anything less than 25 minutes. Even if there is one or two cars in line, you will still wait 20 minutes. There is one or two who work here who are nice, but I’ve been at the speaker and gotten “what do you want?” And management doesn’t care. The people in this town are also pretty rude and I’ve been cut off at the drive thru by other oblivious and rude people.
It’s always incredibly slow whenever I go there. It takes about 15 minutes for 2 coffees and I think they need to be retrained.
