Disappointing experience. This used to be one of my favorite Dunkin’ locations, but the service has noticeably declined. Long wait times and frequent shortages of menu items have become the norm. Sadly, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
I never leave bad reviews usually, I just let things go. But, the girls that work here, when they make my drinks or food and I ask them to fix something, they have bad attitude. One girl (morning time around 10/11 am) in particular, she has bad attitude and raises her eyebrows (and makes rude facial expressions). I am paying for my drink, and she is getting payed to make my drink because she is working there.
