Very trashy employees the big girl taking orders was very rude and unprofessional. All I did was ask her nicely to remake my drink because it was not the way I usually like it, she proceeds to roll her eyes and turn her back on me and gossip to her other coworker, which was very nasty on so many levels. Absolutely horrible service, we stepped in and the dudes behind the counter were obviously on downtime so we saw them stocking or whatever, so we asked a question about a donut and he answered with his back towards us, so I let it go because it’s not a big deal but I felt the weird attitude so then he started giving us attitude as we asked him about the donuts, and rolling his eyes and grabbing them while putting it in the bag and letting the bag fall over treating it like crap I asked him towards the end if he’s feeling alr... read more
It tasted funny but I kept drinking then I saw the soapy texture around the ice. It was not melting away. When I told them about it, she dismissed it and asked me what happened to drink because I drank the half of it. She walked away mid conversation
They had 5 workers in front of us and no one moved to take our orders as they were talking to each other with their backs to us until I made a loud comment "they're five of them and no one sees us!" then someone came. Order an apple strudel braid and the one we received was over baked.
