I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Dunkin’ location. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The employee, Aroon, had an extremely rude attitude from the moment we walked in. Instead of being welcoming and professional, he was dismissive, impatient, and disrespectful. What upset me the most was the way my daughter was treated. No parent should have to watch their child be treated with such a lack of kindness and respect. Best Dunkin ever
If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. I went to buy a cup of ice for my pregnant sister and they told me they couldn’t sell it to me because they’re not allowed. I begged them to charge me for a price of a medium lemonade but just give me only the ice and they still said no. They insisted that they couldn’t do it because their manager was watching the camera.
