I came into this DD store, and the counter man asked me to wait. I said OK. Then I waited for an unacceptable length of time, during which I noticed (1) the donut selection was lousy, (2), many of the donut bins weren't marked, so I had no idea what was in them, and (3) everyone seemed focused on things other than the people waiting at the counter. I left.
