Ordered bacon egg and cheese bagel and hash browns with one ketchup packet. The woman asked, “bagel or croissant,” so I again stated: “BA-GEL.” Two miles later I open the box to discover a croissant. So I drive back and explain the situation. No apology, she wanted the croissant back. So I waited for the bagel. You think they remembered my ketchup packet? Oof. Arrogant, and terrible at listening. Will not be returning.
Honestly, I have never had service this bad at any Dunkin Donuts and I’m a dunkin girl. This was absolutely horrible. Staff standing around not helping and the food (bagels) on this order..I couldn’t believe they would even consider giving it to a customer. The bagel was hard as a rock and burned. So slow we walked across the street to McDonalds for coffee.
I went here for donuts. I usually get a variety of donuts. One specific donut I was a French Cruller. They didn’t have a designated tray for French Crullers - a basic original staple alongside the glazed donut. The lady behind the counter stated they don’t carry it. I walked out without ordering any donuts due to their not carrying that one specific donut. Go elsewhere. Seems this location has a limited variety and changes hands often. I will stick with Volo. TYVM.
