This place is packed all day long. Did they hire some couple of employees there that are very very rude. They get your order wrong all the time. Any of you tell him something about it they'll snap out. They also have a whole bunch of homeless people that are always hanging around there for 6 and 7 hours. This is my usual Dunkin, I go here several times a week, and have done so for the past few years. The experience my husband received today was appalling, and has made me reconsider ever going to this Dunkin again. We placed a large mobile order for breakfast and my husband went to go get it. Upon his return we realized they'd forgotten two of the sandwiches and the donut. He wasn't thrilled about going back, but it was a large order so we understood some things may have been forgotten.
