Went to this dunkin yesterday around 2pm. First, was given a hot coffee that was supposed to be iced. I'm pretty sure all they did was put some ice in a cup and dumped the hot coffee into it because when they gave it back it wasn't cold at all and had like 3 pieces of ice in it. When I asked them to remake it, I got a 3/4 cup full of ice and pretty much nothing but creamer and sugar. Then the "assistant manager" was rude and had a nasty attitude about it. Very poor customer service.
This is my go to Dunkin, now I will say they’ve started hiring people who give you attitudes for no reason or dirty stares if you ask them to remake your order bc the order taker didn’t do their job properly but they’ll do it.
My hubby and i have gone to this dunkin a few times, the customer service is good, but they just can’t ever get our order right. We always end up missing something and never satisfied order. So we will just go to another dunkin from now on.
