I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a very frustrating experience at the Dunkin' location in Garner, North Carolina. I placed a mobile order and arrived to pick it up, only to be met with an unacceptable wait time. Despite several employees being present, no one acknowledged or served the waiting customers. “Dunkin Donuts” but have no donuts for the rest of the day at 2:30 pm??? Also allowing workers to work and greet people with disgusting attitudes before ordering meanwhile not having any other customers in line to me is crazy. Don’t come here at all, just lost 7 customers
