Absolutely slower than a snail to get stuff there. I've ordered there several times and each time it takes longer and longer to get my mobile order. This last time it was 30 minutes to get my mobile order that was scheduled for 5:35. I had to ask multiple times each part of my order and at 6:05 they still had not made my drink. No apologies. Worked there and every employee left but 3 of us and the director came in and completely sabotage the place! Worst customer service ever and didn't even know how to do her job! The place is falling apart and the pay sucks and the sandwiche station that yalls sandwiches are made from is a safety issue and doesnt stay cool oh and lets not forget the expired milk and creamer ughhh the list can go on.. Goodluck everyone, glad I'm not there anymore before someone gets sick. Miss all of my customers tho
Never seems to be open; I’ve tried to go multiple times in the last week only to find an empty/closed store or be told they’re closing; sometimes 8 hours before their official website hours
Manager is unreasonable, not friendly
