i get the same drink everytime i come here, it’s usually made good. why suddenly am i getting these nasty freeze dried dragon fruit pieces in it?????? one way to ruin someone’s day!!!!!! do ur job right or don’t work at all
The girl in the drive through is not only very rude when you first pull up. But she’s also touching peoples cards and money and then making food with the same pair of gloves. When I said something they completely ignored me. So gross !
Why is everyone who works there so miserable? Just left, Sunday June 14th at 1245pm. I pulled up to the drive thru and got an attitude from the get go for no reason. It's called customer service, if you're so miserable go elsewhere. I pulled straight out without ordering.
I usually have a decent experience here. Today when I came in, they had music playing that was a little loud for my comfort. I felt that I had to raise my voice for the person behind the counter to hear me. She also was oblivious to the fact that I was standing at the counter for several minutes before she noticed me. I was told that their steamer was not working today so I couldn't get the hot version of the drink I wanted.
