Everybody’s extremely polite and the place is clean. No issues with food quality. I have noticed more so lately that they frequently get little details on my order wrong. I usually order through the drive-through. I’ll Specify I want protein milk and they’ll put the wrong milk in and upcharge protein milk. That has happened multiple times. I’ll order a bagel and I’ll get a muffin. They’ll read it back to me that it’s a muffin and I’ll specify a bagel and I’ll still get a muffin. Love this location
I went there on August 10th 2026 around 7:30am and I had to order from the window because the speaker was broken. I don’t know if they didn’t have their morning coffee but they were rude especially the manager. I order my normal caramel macchiato and they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about then the manager made a smart comment saying I don’t know my order. I will never go back there. The guy at the window thought it was funny too but I did not. The other ones I go to treat me with kindness and respect
My bagel bits smelled like pure cigarette smoke. I had to throw them out and waste my money. I wasn't gonna eat something that smelled like someone didn't wash their hands after smoking at literally 10 in the morning.
The staff here are so friendly and helpful and the coffee order is always just right! They take great care of their customers!
