I went inside to order a $5 wrap breakfast deal. I ordered it with bacon. I got in my car, took a bite and there was no bacon. I took it back in right away and the red haired woman was very rude and asked for my receipt. I said, I was just in here 3 minutes ago. She looked disgusted and frowned at me. She told another employee to make a bacon wrap. I told her I didn't like her attitude because it wasn't my fault and they got it wrong. It even said bacon on my receipt. Workers have bad attitude and are very rude
I really appreciate how they helped fix my order when I placed it through the app, but they did not have the items in stock. Wonderful service!
At 6:14 PM my partner and I got coffee, during drive thru we ordered large latte, large mocha Frappuccino large black coffee and one chocolate donut. When we went to pay and get our order the lady at the drive thru got our order wrong. We had corrected her on it, she thought our latte was iced and my partner said no it was a hot latte.
