The girl there was all by herself this morning, bless her heart 🫶🥺 she was so nice and fast with out food ! I hope she’s doing okay and with I had a cash tip for her

ordered a coffee and food paid 18$ and only got my coffee and then had no idea what my order was and when I got everything it was wrong then proceeded to let me know they are out of item after I paid for it I sat for 25 mins waiting seems like the don’t care or have an idea what they are doing I didn’t want to go back and fix it they had so many people waiting girl was nice at the window I felt bad for her I even tipped her no complaints not her fault
If you go there in the morning, it is absolutely horrible. I ordered a cookie dough iced coffee. That is not what I got and I also did not get my loaded hashbrowns and the coffee that they had given me was blueberry and it was absolutely disgusting.
None of our drinks were made right and no one seemed like they knew what they were doing . Also forgot to even make my dunka latte, so I just said never mind . I tried to get them to fix one of our drinks and i t was still wrong, and then when they gave us our matcha the girl put espresso in it? Not coming back :)
