Charlestown rd dunkin is absolutely the worst! I Go there daily and everyday they get my order wrong which is always the same exact order. It’s close to my house so I always give them chances after chances. Just went inside and then tried drive thru line of 4 cars and the wait was over 30 minutes. If you want good dunkin go to jeffersonville! They always get your order on point and the staff is the best there at jeffersonville!
I have been here 3 times in the past month with my fiancé, the first time was fine, longer wait but nothing really out of the ordinary. Except the fact that i wasn't looked at once or acknowledged by any of the people behind the counter, which was fine, they were busy and I ordered online so i didnt expect much. This is the second time this place I am embarrased by these Poorly trained,Lacking basic empathy and compassion. I have been waiting for plain bagel for 10 minutes.
