I’ve had many terrible experiences at this location , although it’s the closest to my home , I go out of my way to visit a different Dunkin weekly . I was a regular at this location (sometimes multiple times a week ), went down hill after Scott left . I have sent complaints to try to improve their customer service , I get a call back from Scott and he left a message attempting to speak with me . Crazy how someone can stand in front of a register for 10 minutes without being Acknowledged drive thru ran through like 10 people and yet yall can’t take an order for some donuts and give attitude when I ask to take my order. This place needs a clean sweep with people with actual brains the reason people complain about everything is because everyone’s lazy now do your job!!
I always stop at this location in my way to work and they are always quick and efficient. But special shout out to Wayne. He always greets everyone with a big smile and has amazing customer service!
