I go to Dunkin every single day, this one more so on the weekends when I am off work or drop by before I head into the office. Every single time my frozen CARAMEL coffee is made completely different and wrong with EXTRA caramel I’m being charged for. For one, the prices here are at least $1 more than any other location I go to, the munchkins are always hard and stale (yuck), and why is it my frozen coffee is never frozen majority liquid thin like water. Wait times are ridiculous every day, employees are on phones and just chatting constantly and the food is never made right. This place sucks. If another Dunkin was closer I would just go to that one.
Service was fast—I placed my order and got it almost instantly. Everything was good, and the hash browns were my favorite.
